Alliedworks (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal data transparently and responsibly. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you contact us through our website or by email. This includes your name, email address, company name, and any project details you share with us. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not purchase marketing lists.
We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our site: your IP address (anonymised), browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is collected via privacy-respecting analytics and is used solely to improve our website.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit through our contact form is used to respond to your enquiry, assess fit for a potential engagement, and, where you agree, send project updates or relevant communications. We do not use your data for advertising or automated profiling.
Technical analytics data is used only in aggregate to understand which parts of our site are useful and to improve content.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data with third parties only where necessary to operate our business:
– Email delivery (transactional email provider) to send you a reply to your enquiry. – Secure cloud storage for project files shared during an active engagement.
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and handle data only on our instruction.
Data Retention
Enquiry data from the contact form is retained for up to 24 months. Data relating to an active or completed client engagement is retained for 5 years following the end of the engagement for contractual and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
Your Rights
Under the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), and where applicable the GDPR, you have the right to:
– Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you. – Correct inaccurate data. – Request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it. – Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. – Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Access to client data is restricted to team members directly involved in your engagement. All data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@allied.works.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
